On Veterans Day 2011, the Venetian and Palazzo Hotel and Casinos changed their “neon” signs to reflect red, white and blue in honor of those who are and have served in the military. It was a great sight to see on the Vegas strip. Well done Venetian and Palazzo, well done !

Never a great moment for me, leaving Las Vegas. Though I will admit, the awesome desert landscape makes leaving a tad easier. Filmed on a Southwest Airlines flight, McCarran International Airport.   httpv://

httpv://   The above video was filmed on Southwest Airlines flight from KCLE to KLAS on November 10, 2011. Approach in to Las Vegas is amazing in daylight and even moreso at night. Such a beautiful area of the desert southwest of America!
