Browsing Posts in Rocky River

During a plane spotting trip to Cleveland Hopkins Airport, noticed a nice line of thunderstorms rolling southeast over Lake Erie. So I decided to cut my spotting trip short and head to Rocky River in Rocky River, Ohio to watch them roll in off of the Lake. Enjoy !

Photos from the first snow of winter in Cleveland, Ohio 2010. This was a pure lake effect condition, so the East and South counties of Cleveland were buried the last few days. Here on the west-side, we just got into the fun today. More winter in Cleveland photos can be found in the gallery. Enjoy !

The Cleveland Metro Parks are almost in full fall colors. Thankfully the rainy weather held up for a few days to get out and enjoy the autumn sights in the Rock River Reservation of the Cleveland Metro Parks. Enjoy! Fall is trying to burst through in Cleveland, Ohio. It’s the best time of year to be visiting or living in Cleveland. Sometimes the fall colors last weeks, sometimes days, that’s Cleveland. This year it seems like it will be a decent length of time. A drive through the Cleveland Metro Parks one sees pockets of color right now, sort of a preview of whats to come. Enjoy !
