One of the countless reasons to visit Las Vegas as a photographer is for the amazing traffic provided by McCarran International Airport. I could easily spend everyday there plane spotting. It’s such a drastic difference from KCLE, my home airport. Here are a few shots from day one of plane spotting at McCarran International Airport KLAS:

Photos from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport during fierce cross winds Monday, December 13th, 2010. Blowing snow, lake effect snow squalls and a north-northwest wind with gusts approaching 50 mph made for some white knuckle flying in Cleveland. More commercial aircraft photos can be found in the gallery. Enjoy.

Photos from approaches to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport(KCLE), December 8th, 2010. 20 degrees, North-Northwest winds 10-20mph, periodic snow squalls, made for some interesting landings to say the least. For more commercial aircraft photos, check out the photo gallery. Enjoy!

Some more photos from Red Flag 10-4 media day at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, Nevada.
