So far the winter has been very hit and miss in Cleveland. Photo ops are hard to find themed as winter. Have been shooting aircraft at Hopkins more than snow. Don’t get me wrong, I am NOT praying for snow!!! This weekend had a nice cold snap and a little storm, only 5 inches but the winds made for some nice shots along the lakefront. Enjoy !

During a plane spotting trip to Cleveland Hopkins Airport, noticed a nice line of thunderstorms rolling southeast over Lake Erie. So I decided to cut my spotting trip short and head to Rocky River in Rocky River, Ohio to watch them roll in off of the Lake. Enjoy !

Some photos of Cleveland, Ohio from July 2011 during a ride on Yankee Lady, a B-17G Superfortress flown, restored, and lovingly taken care of by Yankee Air Museum. You can hop a ride too if you like, check out their website! Enjoy!

The latest round of winter storms slammed into Cleveland Sunday night. By Monday morning winds were gusting to 50 mph, driving lake effect snow, and bitter cold wrapped Cleveland in an icy grip.
