Sitting in McCarran International Airport waiting to board your plane back home is always a very somber time. If it’s due to lack of sleep on your trip, the losses at the tables catching up with you or the fact that your home city is nothing compared to Fabulous Las Vegas, rarely is there a group of happy passengers at that gate! One of the countless reasons to visit Las Vegas as a photographer is for the amazing traffic provided by McCarran International Airport. I could easily spend everyday there plane spotting. It’s such a drastic difference from KCLE, my home airport. Here are a few shots from day one of plane spotting at McCarran International Airport KLAS:
